Park Inn By Radisson Istanbul Ataturk Airport

During my recent stay at Park Inn, I had the pleasure of being hosted by Mr Emre at the reception. His warm smile and cute demeanor made me feel instantly at ease. The check-in process was efficient and professional. The room itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, complete with fresh towels and excellent amenities. The food at the hotel was also a standout, with a special shoutout to the talented kitchen team who prepared delicious meals. The waiters were friendly and well-groomed, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend Park Inn to anyone visiting Istanbul, especially considering the convenient free shuttle service to and from the airport, as well as to the Mall of Istanbul. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent service and facilities.

Great value for money. Close proximity to Ataturk airport, with free shuttle bus service. Friendly and welcoming staff at reception. The room was clean and spacious. Excellent English-speaking staff member named Mr. Emeri who was very helpful. Ziafat Restaurant on the ground floor offered a variety of tasty Turkish dishes at reasonable prices. Good wifi.

Poor management, lack of proper attention to guests' concerns. Safety concerns, open wiring and non-functioning central heating and cooling system.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it a convenient choice for travelers. it is close to public transportation, such as buses and shuttles, which provide easy access to the city center. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus service to the nearby Mall of Istanbul, allowing guests to explore and shop at their leisure.

The room temperature control could be improved, as some guests complained about the heat.

This hotel has luxurious amenities such as a spa, sauna, indoor swimming pool, steam room, and massage facilities. We fully enjoyed the spa lounge and the full body massages. the restaurant offers halal food and has a bar/lounge area. the private facilities are impressive, and the location advantages are notable. the staff's service was outstanding, and they catered to all our needs promptly.

We experienced a minor issue with the noise level, as our room was close to the main street. the hotel was well-equipped with soundproofing, which did minimize the noise to some extent.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to the airport with a direct shuttle service. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel offers fast internet service and has main services for a short stay. The staff is friendly and cute, and they even provided a free late check-out until 14:00. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent.

This hotel offered luxurious amenities that met all my needs. the Spa & wellness centre was excellent with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, and steam room. I got a full body massage and head massage at the Spa centre, and it was incredible. Both were highly professional. the garden area was lush with greenery, and the open, air bath was a lovely addition. the private facilities were exclusive, and the room advantages were superb. the restaurant served halal food and had in, room breakfast facilities.

The hotel's location was not very convenient as there were not many things around the hotel. the shuttle bus schedule showing a ride to Starcity outlet was misleading since it was no longer operational.
